Kiln-dried, graded dimensional lumber stocked in-house for framing crews. Because we keep it on site alongside the truss shop, a framing package does not have to be assembled from separate suppliers on separate schedules.
Why kiln-dried
Drying the lumber before it ships is what keeps a wall straight after it is up. Green material gives up its moisture on the job instead, and takes the frame with it as it shrinks, twists, and cups.
